tion. There are groups of users with rather specific
information needs for whom a specialized portal is
very useful and it is a great contribution for the users,
as it follows from examples. it offers “in one place”
nearly all services and information that are needed
by users for their activities – so that they do not have
to waste time searching for this information and for
services somewhere else, and can concentrate on
their own activities.
