Description of Issue: When an SNODEID was specified and a proxy is used, the 'SNode User ID' field in the SNODE's statistics shows the specified SNODEID value instead of the effective local userid derived from the proxy.
Description of Fix: This has been fixed and the effective local userid will be shown in the 'SNode User ID' field on the SNODE.
As a side fix, the userid will also be shown in LSMG244I logon errors, either in 'SNode User ID' (USEC records) or as part of 'Message Data' (USEC and LSMG records).

Description of Issue: When the local node is the receiving side of a copy step, the Local/Remote Step Started records (LSST/RSST) are not logged at the beginning of the transfers. Instead they get logged late right before the Copy Termination Record (CTRC).
Description of Fix: Updated the logic to ensure that Step Started record is logged as soon as the source or destination file has been opened before the transfer. Also added 'PNode Name' and 'Local Node' indicator fields to the record.

Description of Issue: Process incorrectly ends successfully (CC=0) after the server had failed to write the step rc file (LSMG007I). Also an attempt was made to change the process to HOLD HE, which did not succeed and may have triggered an LTQA004I error.
Description of Fix: Enhanced the error handling and made sure the step rc file gets closed. As LSMG007I is an abnormal failure, the process will be terminated with a fatal error code (CC=16) rather than changed to HOLD HE. Added details and errno of the initial update failure to the LSMG007I message.

Description of Issue: Allow the IBM solidDB database to grow larger than 2000M. This might be useful on some very busy nodes when the user has significantly increased stat.max.age to keep a large history of statistics.
Description of Fix: Increased the default maximum database size to 8000M in new installers.
To increase the maximum database size for an existing installation, follow these steps:
(1) Stop the IBM solidDB - Connect Direct v4.6.00 service.
(2) Edit the solid.ini file located in your Connect Direct v4.6.00\solidDB6.5\cdwinnt folder and update the FileSpec_1 parameter, like: FileSpec_1=solid.db 8000M
(3) Start the IBM solidDB - Connect Direct v4.6.00 service again.
