DCOM Support
Distributed Component Object Model (DCOM) is fully supported in Windows 2000 Terminal Services, so there are no special considerations there. In Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition, DCOM functionality is a subset of DCOM in the Standard Edition of Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0. For this reason, some applications that are written for and function properly in a Windows NT Server 4.0 environment may not function properly when running on Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition.
