Docent
Department of Information Technology
To Whom It May Concern
It is a great pleasure to recommend Qaxxorov Nursulton for the National Scholarship Program of the Slovak Republic. He is a dedicated and bright student who has been under my guidance for the past 2 years in the subject of security of computer networks at the Fergana Branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies.
He has been one of my best students since I met with him. His curiosity and responsibility for his classes always make me impressed. He has received several considerable marks and awards among our students in our faculty. He actively engages in community activities and has participated in programming competitions such as "Hackathon" and "Men Dasturchiman" multiple times with humble results.
Moreover, although all courses are taught in Uzbek at our university, he has been starting to learn English during his studies there and has already gotten an English proficiency certificate. A year ago, when I was tasked with preparing an article on the development of Cybersecurity in Uzbekistan for an international journal that was included in Scopus, Nursulton came in as an invaluable assistant. His knowledge in subject of network security and Critical infrastructure security, and deep language skills significantly contributed to the success of the project.
I support his candidacy for the Slovak Republic's National Scholarship Program, considering his exceptional academic record and potential for further growth. This opportunity will serve as a crucial step for his academic and professional development.
Additionally, his participation in this program will not only be good for him but also contribute to the improvement of our university by encouraging global cooperation and knowledge exchange, and I’m convinced that he will represent our university on an international stage well.
Sincerely ,
Otabek Ergashev.
