This setting allows multiple notes to be used with the PO’s
6a. From the internet options window click on Advanced
 
6b. Scroll down to the Browsing section
6c. scroll down to Show Friendly HTTP error messages
 
6d. Click to turn off (empty the check box) for Show Friendly HTTP error messages
