DRM Reset/Upgrade for OneClickDigital Media Manager Application
If you are experiencing issues with the OneClickDigital Media Manager application (i.e. error message upon transfer or the title will not play through the application), please follow these simple steps.

Open the Control Panel

Open “Folder Options” and select the “View” tab.

Select “Show hidden files and folders.”

Uncheck “Hide protected operating system files.”

In the warning message you receive, click “Yes.”

Click “OK.” Close the Control Panel.
If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7:
1. Click the Start button. In the 'Start Search' box, paste the following:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows
2. Hit Enter within the Search box.
3. In the Window, right-click on the “DRM” folder and click “Rename.”
4. Type in “DRM.old” and press enter.
5. Close the Window
6. Right-click on the INTERNET EXPLORER Web browser and click “Run as Administrator.” If you get a prompt, click “OK”.
7. Go to the following link: http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite
8. Click the upgrade button
9. Follow all of the necessary prompts until you receive a confirmation message from the website.
10. Close Internet Explorer.
If you are using Windows XP or older:
1. Rename the DRM folder to DRM.old. Depending on your OS, it can be found in different locations:
- Windows 2000 and XP: In the 'Start Search' box, paste the following: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users
- Windows 98: In the 'Start Search' box, paste the following: C:\Windows\All Users
- Windows ME: In the 'Start Search' box, paste the following: C:\Windows
2. Hit Enter within the Search box.
3. In the Window, right-click on the “DRM” folder and click “Rename.”
4. Type in “DRM.old” and press enter.
5. Close the Window
6. Right-click on the INTERNET EXPLORER Web browser and click “Run as Administrator.” If you get a prompt, click “OK”.
7. Go to the following link: http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite
8. Click the upgrade button
9. Follow all of the necessary prompts until you receive a confirmation message from the website.
10. Close Internet Explorer.
Ensure that you close the Media Manager application and re-open it. Retry downloading and transferring the title again.
