    1. Main parameters of the building are incorporated technical specifications for general purpose and specialised construction works in premises of the Music School one-storey building with the dimensions 9.07 х 21.55 m

    • installation of a metal drop apron on the wall under the pediment - 5.7 m2;

    Specialised works

    Electric lighting

    stipulates replacement of the power supply cabling in the whole school building. The electric lighting system should be installed in compliance with requirements of DBN V.2.5-23-2003, DBN D.2.2-21-99 (Compendium 21) and other regulations. A shutoff protection unit should be installed into the cable distribution switchboard, power supply cables should be arranged according to load groups and connected to the power switchboard. The following electric appliances should be installed (with references to item codes of "Epicentre" Construction Hypermarket Chain)



    • sockets (2-plugs with grounding contacts; manufacturer: Nilson, series: Thema, colour: white, item code 30456097) should be installed in all rooms and offices - 20 items;

    • switches (1-key, manufacturer: Nilson, series: Thema, colour: white, item code 30456083) - 15 items;

    • lighting appliances in the rooms repaired: # 4 - 4 items, # 7 - 2 items, ## 9-10 - 4 items, # 12 - 2 items, # 13 - 2 items; in each other room 1 ceiling spotlight should be installed (item code30806426). Lighting intensity at the floor level should reach at least 100 lx.


    Heating:

    The existing heating system is inefficient - it uses KChM solid fuel boiler and a makeshift 5 kW electric boiler. The system is closed and does not heat the most distant radiators



    • to conduct the inspection and heating system in order to check its inefficiency;

    According to requirements of DBN V.2.2-15-2005, SNiP 2.08.01-89, annex # 4, SNiP 2.04.05, to adjust the piping scheme, to calculate power requirements and - if deemed necessary - to replace boilers or to install a rotary pump.



    After the repairs, the heating system should underwent hydraulic testing, and should be tested for heating efficiency .Relevant testing protocols should be filled.

    Works needed:

    • installation of a reinforced timber framework of the stage platform extension (2 metres to the seat rows) - 17 m2;

    • casing the vertical surface of the platform by 20 mm thick timber planks - 12.50 m2;

    • laying timber plank floor on the platform (hardwood timber planks 20 - 30 mm thick, and max 100 wide - oak, larch, beech or hornbeam) - 17 m2;

    • smooth machining, priming and painting the wooden surfaces by oil paints - 30 m2.

    Electric lighting

    The ToR stipulates replacements of the whole system of electric lighting in the audience hall according to requirements of DBN V.2.5-28-2006, DBN V.2.5-23-2003 and other regulations.


    To sub-contract a specialised organisation with expertise in lighting of large halls and cinemas. To design application of new energy efficient LED lighting appliances according to DBN requirements. To agree the electric lighting design with Kyiv IOM Office and the cinema owner.

    To install electric appliances (e.g. with references to item codes of "Epicentre" Construction Hypermarket Chain or similar):




      • sockets (2-plugs with grounding contacts; manufacturer: Nilson, series: Thema, colour: white, item code 30456097) should be the audience hall - 10 items;

      • switches (2-keys, manufacturer: Nilson, series: Thema, colour: white, item code 30456085) - according to the design.

      • energy efficient LED lighting appliances - … according to the design.




    Ventilation

    The ToR stipulates installation of a forced ventilation system in the audience hall according to requirements of DBN V.2.5-67:2013, DBN V.1.2.-14-2009.



    To sub-contract a specialised organisation with expertise in ventilation and air conditioning in large halls. To estimate the necessary air supply and exhaust intensities for the hall, accounting for the necessary air supply per 1 persons (spectator) at the level of 20 m3/hour, heat generation (110 W) moisture generation (44 g/hour) To design a supply and exhaust ventilation system of the audience hall, using the already existing air chutes (after their initial inspection).


    To agree the ventilation system design with Kyiv IOM Office and the cinema owner. Depending on costs of the works, air conditioning in the audience hall is also possible in addition to the ventilation.

    • installation of metal cornices - 40 m;

    • dismounting fixed window sashes in the entrance hall and installation of pivoted and hinged ones to ensure natural air circulation - 4 items;

    • dismounting window units in the audience hall - 6 items;

    • discounting window units in the 3-storey building - 78 items;

    • installation of reinforced plastic window units - 6 items with dimensions 3.60 х 2.00 m and 78 items with dimensions 1.80 х 1.80 m (in every room, one window sash should be made bottom hinged and pivoted);

    • installation of plastic window sills - 6 items with dimensions 2.1 х 0.35 m and 78 items with dimensions 1.90 х 0.35 m;

    repairs of window jambs after replacement of window units.




    4. Terms of Reference for repairs and construction works in the culture and leisure centre in Bilbasivka township, 168 Lenina St., Slavyansk district, Donetska oblast.


    The ToR incorporates technical specifications for general purpose and specialised construction works in the club. This is one-storey building, built initially in 1965, dimensions 39.83 х 16.65 m;

    Construction parameters of the building:


    • foundations - rubble, rubble-concrete;

    • walls - brickwork, 2 brick thick;

    • floors - timber, reinforced concrete;

    • roofs - asbestos-concrete plates on timber frames;

    • floor coating - plank timber, ceramic tiles;

    • windows - wooden window units, reinforced plastic window units, doors - wooden door units;

    • indoor wall finish - laminated wood chip plates, decorative tiles, limewashing, wallpaper; ceilings finish - decorative tiles, limewashing;

Window frames and sashes should be made of 3-chamber casements of well-known European producers. Prefabricated glazed units should be used. All items must be duly certified (product quality data sheets).




    • 1st storey - 50.70 m2;

    • 2nd storey - 111.40 m2;

    • 3rd storey - 123.05 m2;

    • the hall at the first storey - 41 m2.

    Plastic window sills (200 mm wide) should be installed under each replaced window unit.
