      - What is the current timeline for construction?
      - What is planned in terms of patching/temporary resurfacing until construction begins?

Gas utility work planned for this summer. There has been difficulty securing all necessary easements for the reconstruction work, and the City’s legal department is currently dealing with this. Because of this, the timeline for construction is in limbo and could not be confirmed.

Minimal patching work will take place around utility work. SBC members asked if this could be expanded or if an interim resurfacing could be done. Since construction will take 2 seasons, it was suggested interim resurfacing could be done at the end of the street not under construction first. Other suggestions included interim shared street signage and just resurfacing the bike lane. Jennifer has been compiling a list of interim asks.
