For this reason, their use in the field of tourism has an important place in the development of this field. And foreign countries have already made some progress in this regard. So what are the advantages and benefits of these technologies in the field of tourism? These innovative applications provide a solution to labor shortages, optimize costs, create unique experiences of customers, ensure consistent service quality, and expand service capacity” (Bowen & Morosan, 2018; Ivanov & Webster, 2017; Tussyadiah, 2020, as cited in Lin & Lee, 2021).

With the increased use of technology in the travel industry, travelers are relying more than ever on the internet, mobile apps and other technological advances to plan, book and experience travel destinations. For example, digital technologies can help promote Uzbekistan’s cultural heritage, increase accessibility and connectivity, and improve the overall tourism experience. The use of innovative technologies such as mobile applications, virtual and augmented reality, chatbots based on artificial intelligence will help provide potential tourists with detailed information about Uzbekistan’s tourist offers, recommendations and guidance for their travel experience. 2. Suggestions for the use of robots in Uzbekistan tourism
As we mentioned above, Uzbekistan is lagging far behind in this regard, while technologies are being rapidly used in the field of tourism. But we cannot build the tourism of the future without taking this aspect into account. Therefore, we come up with a number of suggestions. First of all, Uzbekistan should study the experience of foreign countries. Next, we need to develop a project of intelligent robots that promote our national image and are designed in a national way, used in hotels and restaurants. For example: a robot receptionist wearing a national coat and hat. There is no doubt that it will leave a special impression on tourists. And through this, we can instill our national Uzbek brand in the minds of tourists. Placing advisor robots in every room of the hotel will be extremely useful.

Today’s robots used in hotels and restaurants help to create wonderful moments in the memory of users. It has the potential to attract both foreign and domestic tourists alike. The reason is that, first of all, every tourist is interested in using the service of robots with a unique design and using the latest artificial intelligence technologies at least once. Hotels or restaurants that use this technology attract more tourists than other places of this type.

  1. Development of the tourism sector of Uzbekistan through the use of robots.

As the tourism industry develops, artificial intelligence robots, which were considered a fairy tale in the recent past, are rapidly being used in this industry as well as in other industries. Foreign experiences show that robots have great potential in the field of tourism. And since the field of tourism is developing in Uzbekistan, we should keep up with the times and take a place among the leaders in this field. We need to create our national image and present it in a convenient way for tourists. Countries such as Japan, Malaysia, and the USA have already started using such technological methods and it is showing its results.
