Choose POP3 as your incoming e-mail server type.
Enter mail. in both the “Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server:” and “Outgoing e-mail server (SMTP) name:” fields, but replace with your property website domain. For example, if your property was abc.com, you would enter mail.abc.com.
Enable “Outgoing server requires authentication” and select “Next.”
Enter the first half of your email address in the “E-mail username:” field. If your email address was firstname.lastname@example.org, you would enter mgr as your username.
Enter the password for your email account in the “Password:” field. Choose the “Remember Password” option if you'd like to have Mail enter your password automatically when it sends or receives email, then click “Next.”
