Applications are delivered in the FAT (Functional Applications Test) environment and need to be made available in production. This needs to be done in accordance with procedures and with tools provided by Cap Gemini. Besides precisely following all the steps of the procedures, my troubleshooting skills are being put to the test in case a application doesn’t functions as expected. The solution is mostly found in the connectivity to backend systems of dependency of other (third party) software. Tuning GPO’s and Citrix policies.
