Microsoft SQL Server 2005
SQL Server 2005 can use iSCSI storage solutions for databases, log files and other SQL-related files in much the same way that it can use other storage technologies. Network-attached storage (NAS) storage is not recommended for SQL Server data, but iSCSI is a capable storage transport for SQL Server data.
