o‘z navbatida manfaatdor shaxslar, kafedra, laboratoriya yoki texnik bo‘lim xodimlari tomonidan tuziladi. Bugungi kunga kelib laboratoriya, tajriba, sanoat va ishlab chiqarish reglamentlari mavjud. Reglament tuzishda korxonadagi asbob uskunalar va mahalliy shart-sharoit hisobga olinadi. Har bir korxonani, har bir TDV uchun tuzgan reglamenti bo‘ladi, uni boshqa korxona tan olmasligi mumkin. Reglament shu korxona uchungina majburiy hujjat hisoblanadi.
