ECMPS Minimum System Requirements
Before installing the ECMPS Client Tool, verify that your computer meets the minimum system requirements:
For Windows XP (32-bit or 64-bit)
Administrative rights on the computer on which the software will be installed
Windows XP Service Pack 3
Pentium III, 2.2 GHz processor
2 GB memory
Video display with 1024 x 768 or higher resolution with at least 256 colors
8 GB of available hard disk space for application software and data
Internet connection (768kb upload speed)
Microsoft Windows Installer 4.5
Microsoft .Net 4 Framework
Adobe Acrobat Reader (for viewing any reports saved in PDF and online documentation)
For Windows Vista and Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit)
Windows Vista Service Pack 2 or later (for Windows Vista users)
Administrative rights on the computer on which the software will be installed
Windows Experience Index Score:
4 RAM (random access memory)
4 CPU (central processing unit)
4 Hard disk
3 General graphics performed on the desktop
3 3D graphics capability
2 GB memory
Video display with 1024 x 768 or higher resolution with at least 256 colors
8 GB of available hard disk space for application software and data
Internet connection (768kb upload speed)
Microsoft Windows Installer 4.5 (this requirement only applies to Windows Vista and Windows Vista SP1)
Microsoft .Net 4 Framework
Adobe Acrobat Reader (for viewing any reports saved in PDF and online documentation)
Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 (Windows Vista and Windows 7 64-bit users need this to export Emissions Data to Excel because JET is not supported for 64-bit operating systems.)
Shared Databases

For the ECMPS directory and all sub-directories, users should have the following rights:
