This job requires high attention to detail, superior customer service, and proper communication. The job entails working in coordination with reservations, food and beverage, and sales departments on a consistent basis.

    Box Office Supervisor, Jacksonville Armada

    May 2016 – Present

    Supervise the box office during match days for the new North American Soccer League team based out of Jacksonville, Florida. The team play the majority of its matches at Community First Park with some games being played at South Oak Stadium. In this role, my responsibilities include helping my co-workers with ticket related issues, filling in a window when needed, and assigning jobs to Armada workers when they arrive for work.

    Equipment Intern, D.C. United

    August 2015 – November 2015

    Intern for the 2014 Major League Soccer Equipment Manager of the year, David Brauzer, in the equipment room for four time champion, D.C. United. In this position, I was tasked with locker room set up and break down during practice and match days, setting up the practice field with cones and balls, and doing laundry. Other responsibilities included providing the proper equipment to players, pumping balls for practice and games, and working with the operations department when needed.

    Box Office Intern, New York Red Bulls

    May 2015 – August 2015

    Intern in the box office for the New York Red Bulls of Major League Soccer. Responsible for the customer service window on match days where I helped fans with any game day related problems. The position also includes providing insight on the box office bible, assisting in the 2016 arena seating manifest, and supervising the set up and break down of the box office on match day.

    Intern for Mr. Bill Carr, former Director of Athletics at the University of Houston and the University of Florida. Responsibilities included office and document organization, inter-office communication, client management, and proper paperwork submissions.


    Clubhouse Manager, New York Mets Baseball

    May – July 2013 and May – July 2014

    Clubhouse equipment manager for the New York Mets baseball organization’s High-A minor league affiliate at their Spring Training facility in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Responsibilities included field set-up and breakdown, post-game clean up, and comprehensive management over team equipment for every player.


    Student Manager, University of Florida Football

    August 2012 – November 2012

    Student equipment manager for the UF Football program. Responsible for accounting for each piece of equipment worn by players, ensuring equipment was properly matched to player positions, oversight over laundering, and all-encompassing field set-up duties for game days.


    Youth Soccer Referee

    August 2010 – June 2011

    Referee for youth (Port St. Lucie Soccer Club) and high school level (St. Lucie Co. Schools) soccer games for two soccer seasons. Serving in this capacity, the referee assignor allotted me more games than any other newcomer due to my flexible schedule, willingness to work, and exceptional evaluations by senior referees.
    Skills and Abilities

    Seven plus years of working in every area of the sport industry including: youth amateur, Division I collegiate, and professional. Ability to work in a team environment, effective communicator inside and outside the organization, and the capacity to make decisions quickly and effectively. Microsoft office efficient with additional experience working with Archtics, Veratrix, and Opera ticketing/booking systems. Dependable as I have never been late to work and energetic enough to work in a team setting.
