    Reduktor ikkixil tishli uzatmadan iborat bo‘lgani uchun birinchi novbatda konussimon tishliuzatmaning loyixa xisobini bajaramiz.Agar reduktor birxiltishli uzatmalardan iborat bo‘lsa,birinchi novbatda yetaklanuvchi ponadagi tishli uzatmaning loyixa xisobi bajariladi.
    Uzatma g’ildiraklarini tayorlash uchun material tanlanib, ularga termik ishlov berish turi belgilanadi.
    Shesternya uchun po‘lat 40X, termik ishlovberish turi yaxshilangan, qattilik B 270; ildirakuchun 40X, termikishlovberish turi yaxshilangan, qatilikB 230.
    Tishliuzatmalarda shesternya va g’ildiraklarning mustakamligini kantaktkuchlanish bo‘yicha, birxil qilib tayorlash murakkab bo‘lganligi uchun, mustakamlikni chegaralovchi tishli g’ildirak tanlab olinadi.Ishlash muddatini xisobga oluvchi koeffitsent KL=1.0 bo‘lsa, ruxsat etilgan kantaktkuchlanish g’ildirakt uchun tanlanib, mustakamlik shunga asosan tekshiriladi.
