CONDITION 5: RIGHT TO INSPECT
The LICENSOR, or its authorised representative shall have the right to inspect the internet nodes set up by the Licensee to give service to his subscribers. The LICENSOR shall, in particular but not limited to, have the right to have access to leased lines, junctions, terminating interfaces, hardware/software, memories of semiconductor, magnetic and optional varieties, wired options, distribution frames, and to enter into dialogue with the system through Input/output devices or terminals. The LICENSEE will provide the necessary facilities for continuous monitoring of the same, if required by the LICENSOR or its authorised representative(s). The LICENSOR will ordinarily carry out inspection after reasonable notice except in circumstances where giving such a notice will defeat the very purpose of the inspection.
