Article 2 mentions the right to freedom of information and communication. Unlike other official documents, e.g. the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU1, this provision doesn’t include any limitations of this right, nor does it specify whether it only refers to the right to protection of personal information.
