Research Projects

Research paper on "Service Quality Assessment of Banking Industry in Pakistan using SERVQUAL Model" in accordance with the requirement for the degree of Master of Philosophy (M.Phil). This study on banking service quality has been dominated by research aimed at measuring the perceived service quality of the private and public banking sectors in Pakistan but was conducted in Lahore. The study used a modified SERVQUAL scale, which was originally developed by Parasuraman et al (1985) and comprised five service quality dimensions of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy.

An In-depth study in the field of Marketing, the key subjects’ studies includes Selling and Sales Management, Direct Marketing, Marketing Research and Strategic marketing.



Management subjects have been covered as well that includes: Project Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Organization Theory and Design.
