Additional Rights and Limitations.
* You may reproduce, install and use one copy of the Components on each of your computers that is running a validly licensed copy of the applicable Windows CE Software, provided that you use each such additional copy of the Components in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Supplemental EULA.
* The Components accompanying this Supplemental EULA do not include pre-release or time-sensitive code and is deemed included in the defined term “SOFTWARE PRODUCT” under the applicable Windows CE Software EULA. For purposes of clarification, that portion of the Components which is commonly known as the .NET Compact Framework is not considered the “.Net Compact Framework Beta (Time Sensitive Version)” as referenced in the applicable Windows CE Software EULA and the respective conditions regarding such pre-release/time-sensitive version are not applicable to this release version.
* Solely with respect to the Components, if the licensor of the applicable Windows CE Software was an entity other than Microsoft, then for the purposes of this Supplemental EULA Microsoft is the licensor with respect to such Components in lieu of the "Manufacturer" or other entity. Manufacturer or such other entity has no obligation under this Supplemental EULA to provide support for such Components. With respect to the existing functionality contained in the applicable Windows CE Software that is not updated, supplemented, or replaced by the Components, the Windows CE Software EULA provided by the Manufacturer or other licensing entity shall remain in full force and effect as to that Windows CE Software.
IF THE APPLICABLE WINDOWS CE SOFTWARE WAS LICENSED TO YOU BY MICROSOFT OR ANY OF ITS WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARIES, THE LIMITED WARRANTY (IF ANY) INCLUDED IN THE APPLICABLE WINDOWS CE SOFTWARE EULA APPLIES TO THE COMPONENTS, PROVIDED THAT THE COMPONENTS HAVE BEEN LICENSED BY YOU WITHIN THE TERM OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY IN THE APPLICABLE WINDOWS CE SOFTWARE EULA. HOWEVER, THIS SUPPLEMENTAL EULA DOES NOT EXTEND THE TIME PERIOD FOR WHICH THE LIMITED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED.
IF THE APPLICABLE WINDOWS CE SOFTWARE WAS LICENSED TO YOU BY AN ENTITY OTHER THAN MICROSOFT OR ANY OF ITS WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARIES, MICROSOFT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPONENTS AS FOLLOWS:
