TERMS OF USING MYWIFI
The following terms of use ("Terms") regulate all aspects of using the mywifi.rs website ("Site"), myWiFi Facebook and Twitter Application ("App") and all content, products and services available on or through the Site ("Services"). Website and Application are owned by Telesolution Ltd. Website and Application are owned by Telesolution Ltd. You must be over 13 to use our services.
Prerequisite for using our services is acceptance without modification of all the terms and conditions contained herein and in all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published on this site from time to time.
Please read carefully these terms before accessing our services. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree with all terms to which you are bound by this document. If you do not agree with all the terms, then you can not access or use any part of our services.
2. How to register on myWiFi and use free Wi-Fi on location
MyWiFi offers you the possibility to use the free Wi-Fi internet access which myWiFi clients ("Clients") offer (end-users) in their restaurants, cafes and in other locations. Connecting to the Internet through a WiFi network is possible through authentication in one of four ways:
• Login with Facebook
You can use Clients’ free Wi-Fi by login with your Facebook account, allowing access to our Facebook Application and by "Liking" the Facebook page of extension. The username and password you use to access Facebook will also allow you the access to free Wi-Fi.
You must accept our Facebook Application only once, when you use myWiFi for the first time. Every time you visit a new extension, you will be asked to "Like" the Facebook page of that extension. When you next visit the same location, login will be automatic, in accordance with our Policy of using Cookies.
In login process, myWiFi App will ask for access to the following personal data accessible on profile of your Facebook account:
• Your public profile
• List of your friends who also use myWiFi
• Your email
• Your birthday
• Your "Likes"
All other data except public profile are optional and in the course of accepting the Application, you can choose what data will you make available.
In order to provide service, myWiFi will collect and use only the following information from your public profile:
Your Facebook ID
Your Facebook name
Your sex
The number of your friends (not their names)
By accepting our Facebook App, you agree to our access and use of aforementioned personal data about you. When you install our Facebook App to your Facebook account, and when you "Like" the Facebook page of the Client, the application process will be automatical each time you log into free WiFi of same client.
You can also choose the option of receiving promotional offers from Clients you have visited.
If you use your Facebook account to sign in, only you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Facebook account fully responsible for all activities that occur under this account and any other actions taken about this account. In the case of unauthorized use of your Facebook account or any other breach of security you are required to immediately notify myWiFi. MyWiFi will not be responsible for any actions or omissions by you in this regard, including damage of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. NOTE: MyWiFi at no time has no insight into nor keeps your login data for Facebook, such as email address and password. Login process is done within the Facebook and myWiFi services, only allows access to the Facebook login page.
• Twitter login
You can use free Wi-Fi of Client by logging to your Twitter account. The username and password you use to access Twitter will also provide access to free Wi-Fi Internet.
As soon as you login using your Twitter account, you can become a Follower of extensions Twitter account. . You hereby agree that myWiFi Twitter Application accesses your account and perform the following actions:
Read the Tweets from the Timeline
Posts Tweets on your behalf
Has insight into who you're following and who is following you
In order to provide services, myWiFi will collect and use only the following information from your Twitter profile:
Your Twitter Name
Your Twitter ID
The number of people following you (not their data).
If you use Twitter to connect to our services, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Twitter account and fully responsible for all activities that occur under this account and any other actions taken at this account. In case of unauthorized use of your Twitter account or any other breach of security you are required to immediately notify myWiFi. MyWiFi will not be liable for any actions or omissions by you in this regard, including any damage of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. NOTE: myWiFi at no time has no insight nor keeps your login information on Twitter such as email address and password. The login process is done within the Twitter and myWiFi service only allows access to Twitter login page.
• Login via e-mail
You can use Free Wi-Fi of a Client by registering your email address and defining your password. When you enter your e-mail address in the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email from us to that address. User registration means registering a valid email address for communication between the user and myWiFi.
• Login by Password of extension
In case you do not want to use any of offered ways of login, you can request a password from the extensions' staff and thus login. In case of such login, there is no automatic process the next time you login, which is advantageous in terms of other forms of login. You will need to request login password every time you want to login in this way.
3. Benefits of your subscription to myWiFi
Registered users can connect to free Wi-Fi network at Client's myWiFi location. By entering myWiFi free Wi-Fi network, you can sign up through the first three options described in paragraph 2, without asking the staff for extension’s password. As a myWiFi user you also have the option to take advantage of promotions and special offers of premises or by third parties reserved only for users myWiFi.
4. Your responsibility
After the login process to free WiFi through myWiFi system and your Internet access, your behavior on the Internet is solely your responsibility. You are responsible for taking precautions that are necessary for you and your computer, tablet or mobile phone, such as protection against viruses, worms, Trojans and other harmful or destructive content. MyWiFi has no responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of websites or third-party applications, or by downloading content from sites or third-party applications or content that you sent there. You are also responsible for any unauthorized use of services by third parties using your Facebook or Twitter account in your name. We recommend that you keep you login information as top secret.
5. Relation of myWiFi and Client (premises of company)
Free Wi-Fi and a broadband Internet access at Client’s location is not in any way part of the services offered by myWiFi than exclusively and directly ownership and the responsibility of the Client. MyWiFi activity is limited only to ensuring the login process by the methods described in paragraph 2. and to ensuring of communication mechanisms of Clients or of third parties with end users through promotions and campaigns aimed at end users. MyWiFi is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability and quality of the offers, promotions and marketing campaigns that customers or third parties offer to end-users.
6. Rights of myWiFi
MyWiFi reserves the right to use your personal information available on your public profile of Facebook and Twitter accounts as described in paragraph 2 in order to illustrate the demographics of end-users to their customers.
MyWiFi reserves the right to deliver and display offers and promotions on services in connection with your use of our services and services of clients.
7. Conformity with Facebook
MyWiFi uses myWiFi Facebook App as a part of their services. MyWiFi Application has been checked and approved by Facebook and it is in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Facebook, including general legal conditions and policy of using data from Facebook.
By using our services you give us consent to use your personal information, as described in paragraph 2, in order to provide our services. In accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Facebook, myWiFi:
Requires only data that are necessary to provide our services and keeps solely and only your public profile, and, if you accept: your email address, date of birth, Likes and number of friends (not their data)
It will not sell or transfer data to third parties
It will not use your information for creating any marketing activities outside myWiFi service, as already defined in Terms
It will not use your information for any purpose other than described in Conditions
MyWiFi App uses Twitter as a part of their services. When you accept our myWiFi Twitter App, you still remain within the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Twitter. MyWiFi App is approved by Twitter it is in accordance with Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Twitter.
9. Free use
Access, registration and use of myWiFi services are free for end users.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify myWiFi, as well as directors, clerks, employees and agents from all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, which could result from your use of our services, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms of Use.
11. Copyright Infringement
As in myWiFi we expect others to respect our intellectual property rights, we also respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on our website pages or affiliated with myWiFi infringes your copyright, you are advised to immediately inform myWiFi. MyWiFi will respond to all such notices including removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material if necessary. MyWiFi will disable visitor's access and use of website and Application if it is established that visitor violated the copyrights of myWiFi, intellectual property rights or other rights of myWiFi for several times.
12. Intellectual Property
By these Terms and Conditions MyWiFi does not transfer you any part of the intellectual property of myWiFi or of third party, and all rights, ownership and interest in such property remains exclusively to myWiFi. Name of myWiFi, myWiFi logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with site and Applications are trademarks of myWiFi. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with site and Applications may be the trademarks of third parties. Your use of the site and Application does not give you the right or permission to reproduce or otherwise use for any purpose trademarks of myWiFi or of third party.
13. Changes
In its sole discretion myWiFi reserves the right to modify or replace any part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically check the Terms changes. Your continued use of or access to data and Applications after the announcement of any change of conditions shows the acceptance of those changes. In the future, myWiFi may also offer new services and/or functions of the site or Application. Such new features and/or services are also subject to these Conditions.
14. Termination
You may indefinitely remain registered and use free Wi-Fi and myWiFi services at Client’s locations, until myWiFi or Client provides services and free WiFi. You have the right to unsubscribe from our services at any time by going to Facebook and Twitter Settings and deleting our myWiFi Application (App).
MyWiFi reserves the right to suspend your access to all or any part of our services, at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, especially if there is a reasonable suspicion that you violate the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
After termination of service if you want your personal information to be deleted from myWiFi system, you can do so by sending an email to office@mywifi.rs. MyWiFi will notify you via email when your data is being deleted.
15. Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are in accordance with the Serbian law. For any disputes regarding the validity, interpretation or performance of these Terms Economic Court in Belgrade will be competent.

myWiFi POLICY ON USING COOKIES
MyWiFi uses Cookies on Home (Login) page for registering on myWiFi hotspot. Using myWiFi services, you agree to our use of Cookies. This use Privacy Policy is part of our Privacy Policy.
A Cookie is a small text file that is stored in your web browser in order to enable myWiFi service to recognize you. Cookies can be used for the following purposes:
- To enable certain functions,
- In order to provide analytical data,
- In order to save your preferences, and
- To be based on visited pages allow display of advertisements.
MyWiFi uses cookies in order to store your preferences, in order for you as a user of the upcoming application process was automatic and transparent. MyWiFi Cookies are not used for any other function than outlined above.
If you do not agree with the use of cookies or certain types of cookies, you can change the browser settings to delete cookies that are already set and you do not accept the new. To learn more about how to do this, visit the help page of your browser. However, keep in mind, if you delete cookies or do not accept them, you may not be able to use all the functions that we may not be able to save your settings, and some of our sites may not display properly. In addition, the application process every time you need to enter your data, regardless of whether you are in the same location already completed the application process.
