After the device drivers for the USB device are installed in Windows 7 SP1, the device can be used normally.
In Device Manager, expand System Devices, and notice the Remote Desktop USB Hub device, as illustrated in the following figure.
The Remote Desktop USB Hub device acts as a virtual USB hub for all the USB devices that are redirected from the Remote Desktop Connections client.
