Business travel is generally accepted biggest expense after staff, rent and possibly IT as companies Nowadays, business personalities have to travel frequently and quickly both domestically and international because travelling is essential to run and develop their business in our global world.
So, careful planning of trips is a must. To organise a business trip it is always advisable to plan an itinerary carefully. Businessmen need to visit trade fairs, take part in conferences and meet their partners at arranged time. Travelling itinerary must include all details of the trip transportation, accommodation, places to visit and business meetings
