    Cost and payment procedure


      1. The cost of services provided by the Contractor is 170 (one hundred seventy)

      2. Payment for services is made in the following order: the first payment (guarantee fee) in the amount of 170 (one hundred seventy) euros is made after the candidate is approved for a vacancy, the second payment is made when the documents for opening a visa are ready.

    The Contractor informs the Customer about the readiness of the documents, and the Customer undertakes to make a second payment in the amount of 0 (zero) euros within 3 working days from the date of the act of
    delivery of the
    work performed. A copy of the invitation from the company "Bohemia Smart Group s.r.o." in the country of Czech Republic to the name of the Customer must be attached to the act of delivery of the work performed.

      1. Payment is made to the official European details of the company or the official European details of authorized persons (curators), depending on the region of residence of the Customer.

    1. Liability of the parties


      1. For non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under this Agreement, the parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Czech Republic and Uzbekistan.

      2. In case of full or partial delay in payment for the services rendered, the Customer shall pay the Contractor a penalty in the amount of 20% of the unpaid amount for each day of delay.

      3. In case of refusal of a Czech work visa for reasons beyond the control of the Customer, the Contractor guarantees full legal support in the process of filing an appeal and re-considering the case at the expense of the Contractor.

    4.4. This Agreement is made in two authentic copies, one for each of the parties and have the same legal force.
