the negative content of the Internet space weakens intellectual,
spiritual, social
values and cognitive abilities, alienates behavior from national and universal moral
norms, exposes it to social vices, exposes it to the influence
of foreign ideas and
leads to empty wasting time, were used to ensure the implementation of the tasks set
within the framework of the direction “Protecting youth from external negative
information attacks, as well as promoting the creation of an environment of
constructive communications in our society” of the 2020-2024 election program of
the Democratic Party of Uzbekistan “National Revival” (Certificate of the Central

2023 No. 02/02-32). As a result, mechanisms for further improvement of spirituality
and
culture were improved, measures were implemented to ensure spiritual and
ideological security, a series of popular science brochures were created, products for
social networks and promotional materials were prepared;
scientific conclusions and practical recommendations on the need to develop
educational, ethical, utilitarian,
aesthetic, sociocultural and critical and analytical
thinking, increase media literacy of young people taking into account environmental
and technological factors, as well as ensuring information
security were used to
ensure the implementation of the tasks set within the framework of the practical
implementation. project No. A-1-173 “Development of technology and
methodology for the formation of a unique education of our national values among
young people” at Karshi State University. (Certificate No. 04/2497 dated June 8,
2023 from Karshi State University).
As a result, the theoretical source was
recommendations for the formation of an information culture that embodies the
skills of ensuring security from facts and statistics that virtualize communication and
cause negative
socialization of a person;
theoretical generalizations and practical proposals regarding mechanisms for
developing ethical standards for the use of Internet content by the population,
cultivating moral feelings regarding information among young people
and ensuring
their information security, and abstaining from content that contradicts humanistic
values were used in the activities of the Republican Center for Spirituality and
Enlightenment, including 43 th point “Propaganda of national values, moral qualities
and social mores”, established in the VIII direction of the Program of Measures for
2023 “Propaganda of nationalism on the Internet, to create a platform and mobile
applications for the interactive space to preserve our mentality, age-old values, and
good traditions. (Certificate of the Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment of the
Republic dated June 23, 2023 No. 02-22/613). As a result, methodological manuals
were prepared as a theoretical and practical source for developing a culture of using
the Internet among the youth of our country.
