After the sample format has been finalized, the graph builder calls the sAPO’s IAudioProcessingObjectConfiguration::LockForProcess method to finalize the input and output formats and give the sAPO a final opportunity to finish initialization. If this is successful, the object is locked in its current state. No format configuration changes are allowed after the object is locked. The IAudioProcessingObjectConfiguration::UnlockForProcess method is called to unlock the sAPO.
