EDIT+ users attempting to send a PEIMS collection file or PET file after upgrading their PCs Internet Explorer version and/or upgrading to a 64-bit PC will need to install the patch described below if their send file attempts are failing or files are hanging in a “Transferring” state.
If the user does NOT see file transferring progress bar, they should navigate to the Progress Monitor page, Abort file and proceed to the software Download steps below.
