| The PCI Hotline allows you to make cost-saving calls from your computer with a standard telephone.
The PCI Hotline allows you to connect a standard telephone to your computer to place low-cost calls over the Internet. Simply insert the PCI Hotline into a PCI slot in your PC. Then, install our easy-to-use software, connect a phone and you are ready to start making calls.
With the PCI Hotline, you can dial phone numbers through your telephone handset or from your computer keyboard. And you can use the same phone for your Internet and PSTN calls -- simply press "# #" to switch between Internet and PSTN calling. You will even be alerted when you have an incoming PSTN call.

What type of computer do I need to use the PCI Hotline?
You need a PC with:

Do I need a special phone?
No. You can connect any standard analog phone, including cordless, to the PCI Hotline.
Can I use the same phone for all of my calls?
Yes. The dual RJ-11 jacks on the PCI Hotline allow you to use the same phone for Phone calls as well as calls using your existing analog phone service.
What happens if someone tries to call over my existing phone line when I am making a Phone call?
A tone will sound if you have an incoming PSTN call. Then, you can press "# #" if you want to switch to that call.
Do I dial through my telephone or through the computer?
You can either dial through your telephone keypad or through the software on your PC.
Do I need a special type of Internet connection?
You can use either a dial-up or broadband Internet connection. Generally, more bandwidth will increase the quality of the call.
