This device has a number of advantages and conveniences, we used coal, gas and similar fuels
that emit strong toxic substances in heating greenhouses, shaping metals, metallurgy and melting
metals.
This has a negative impact
on the damage to our nature, human health, and causes some
economic costs, as well as the loss of our non-renewable resources. In order to put an end to all
this, since 2000, work on the creation of an induction heater began. An induction heater was created
using renewable electricity. This heater is absolutely harmless to our mother nature, at the lowest
voltage of 12V, depending on the place of use, it creates some conveniences, economic savings,
environmentally friendly, comfortable working environment for heating hot rooms and processing
the smallest jewelry.

1. Ion battery 12V-18V
2. Resistor R2- R4 470 KOm resistance
3. R1 –R3 10 KOm resistance
4. VD2 –VD3 12V stabilizer
5. VD4 – VD1UF4007 DIODE
6. IRFZ 44 MOSFET field transistor T1- T2
7. C1 is a constant capacitor with a capacity of 2.2 F
8. L1 40-200mhOhm resistor
9. F1 -15 A fuse
10. S1 putton ( on - off ) 20 A button
"IRFZ44MOsFET" field transistor performs
the main task in our device, it provides an
opportunity to heat metals by increasing current and induction.
