| 5.2 Financial Evaluation
Following the review of the Technical Proposals, the Quotation Files of those Suppliers who have passed the technical qualification threshold will be opened. The Bank will calculate a total bid price for each Supplier based on its proposal. The Supplier proposing the lowest total bid price will be given the maximum financial score available (700). Other Suppliers’ (higher) prices will be divided into the lowest price and the result multiplied by the maximum score given.
