Software Setup End User License Conditions for the Infineon TPM Professional Package
1. Attention
This software contains copyright protected content (e.g. codes and structures) and confidential content (e.g. algorithms, ideas and concepts) of Infineon Technologies AG and Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft patterns & practices Enterprise Library © Microsoft Corporation).
Please read these license terms and conditions (hereinafter: the Conditions) carefully before setting up Infineon TPM Professional Package Software (hereinafter: the Software). By setting up the Software you accept the Conditions stipulated hereinafter.
If you do not agree with the Conditions, you may not install the Software and are required to press “Cancel” and abort installation thereof.
2. License Restrictions
You may only copy, install and use the Software and any accompanying documentation on the maximum number of TPM equipped computers you have acquired licenses for.
You may not reverse engineer, distribute, publicly display, sub-license, lease or rent or otherwise make available the Software, any of its copies or any accompanying documentation to third parties, unless applicable mandatory copyright law does provide otherwise.
You may transfer the Software and any accompanying documentation to a third party provided you ensure that the Software and the accompanying documentation and any copy hereof is completely transferred to such third party and such third party has accepted license terms which shall be for such third party at least as restrictive as these Conditions.
If you are a legal entity, you may have used the Software and any accompanying documentation only by such individuals that are employed by you and that are acting in strict compliance with the Conditions.
You agree that any and all rights, title and interest in and to the Software licensed hereunder shall belong and remain with the companies mentioned above and that, except for the non exclusive license rights granted to you, no other right, title or interest is granted to you.
3. Recommended Application of Software
Please note that Software is designed for use with Microsoft Windows XP®, Microsoft Windows Server®, Microsoft Windows Vista® or Microsoft Windows 7® operating systems and in combination with supported TPMs.

4. Support
For all Software related questions, claims and demands you may solely revert to the individual or entity where you have acquired the Software license or the party you have entered into a support and maintenance agreement with. Software updates may be made available by the related software manufacturers, but you may not rely on it, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
