Annotatsiya. Tanlab olingan bir necha xil arzon ozuqa muhitlarida bakteriya
shtamlarining biomassa hosil qilishi tekshirildi. 1,3,7 kun davomida o’sgan ozuqadagi
bakteriyalar sentrifuga qilinib, ho’l va quruq biomassalari o’lchandi. A. brasilense 13-4, A.
chrococcum 44 bakteriya shtammlari melassali va quruq sut asosida tayyorlangan ozuqa
muhitlarida, B. thuringiensis 26, 1фо shtammlari kartoshka ekstrakti asosida tayyorlangan
ozuqqa muhitida diazotroflarga nisbatan yuqori biomassa hosil qildi.

Abstract. Biomass production of bacterial strains was investigated in several selected
low-cost nutrient media. The bacteria in the feed grown for 1, 3, 7 days were centrifuged and
their wet and dry biomass was measured. Bacterial strains A. brasilense 13-4, A. chrococcum 44
produced higher biomass compared to diazotrophs in feed media prepared on the basis of
molasses and dry milk, B. thuringiensis 26, 1fo strains on feed media prepared on the basis of
potato extract.
