As described below, using some features also operates as your consent to the transmission of certain standard computer information for Internet-based services.

1. INSTALLATION AND USE RIGHTS. Microsoft grants to you a non-exclusive and limited license to install and use the software on all computers that you use to exchange data and software with digital electronic devices which include a version of the Windows CE operating system software, including without limitation devices running Windows Mobile Software for Pocket PC and Windows Mobile Software for Smartphone.
