The possibility of organizing a system of information interaction in areas
affected by destructive factors of a technogenic or natural nature, using self-
organizing networks, is considered. The proposed complex is a set of solutions
being developed, such as an information environment built based on Wireless
technology Mesh IEEE 802.11s, as well as information and communication portals
that act as interaction and notification services.
