2.5 Additional Settings for the Access Engine


Besides statically assigned ports other ports are assigned dynamically for the Access Engine processes. Therefore communicating through a firewall can not be configured by opening ports.

The following settings have to be made:


1 Start “Windows Firewall” via “Start” – “Settings” – “Control Panel” – “Windows-Firewall”

2 Select tab „Exceptions“

3 Add the following programmes:


  • ACSP.exe

  • ACTA-3.exe

  • AEOPC.exe

  • CALTA-3.exe

  • CDTA-1.exe

  • GTM-2.exe

  • Loggifier-2.exe

  • Master-3.exe

  • querySrv-2.exe

  • REPS.exe

  • SIPSERVER-2.exe

  • TAccExc.exe

found in path [Install-path]\MgtS\ Access Engine\AC\BIN


  • SfmApp-4.exe

found in path [Install-path]\MgtS\Access Engine\CP\BIN


  • DMS.exe

  • LAC.exe

found in path [Install-path]\MgtS\Access Engine\MAC\BIN
4 Communication between MAC and AMC (and vice versa):

  • MAC connects to AMC via port 10001 (UDP)

  • AMC connects to MAC (UDP configurable)
