    When students have completed the lesson, they can watch 
    the video and complete the worksheet.

    you guess what I watched on TV 
    last night?’ and then give them a description of the 
    programme without saying which one it was, e.g.
    Teacher:
    I watched a great show on TV last night. Can 
    you guess what programme I watched? There 
    were four young people and they all had to 
    make something for dinner. One of them cooked 
    some fish and another made something with 
    meat. The winner made a Mexican dish which 
    was vegetarian.
    Student:
    Was it MasterChef?
    Then, ask the students to continue the activity in small 
    groups.

    You are working at a TV station and making plans for a 
    new channel. In small groups, plan a programme timetable 
    for Saturday day times from 10 am to 2 pm.

    Make a list of possible programmes you think people like.
