1. GRANT OF LICENSE.

Microsoft grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, nonassignable, non-transferable, personal right to install and use the enclosed SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer on your premises for the sole purposes of developing and testing your software applications and/or drivers for products that use Windows CE.NET operating system software.
