    RESEARCH AND ADAPTATION OF ELECTROMAGNETIC METHOD TO DETERMINATION OF THICKNESS OF METAL-CERAMIC COATINGS

    Results of theoretical and practical studies on adaptation of electromagnetic method for determination of thickness of metal-ceramic coatings, containing in its composition magnetic nickel particles are presented in article. It is shown that magnetic thickness gauges of electromagnetic principle of action can be used to control thickness of metal-ceramic coatings in case that concentration of nickel particles therein is maintained constant within technological process framework.

    CONTROL SUBSYSTEM OF STAND SYSTEMS OF LRE EMERGENCY PROTECTION

    Structure and principles of work created by NPO Energomash and put into experimental operation at stands of new control subsystem of emergency protection system (EPS) of LRE that implements setting of limit values of controlled parameters adapted to operating modes of engine is presented. This subsystem allows to improve significantly efficiency of EPS due to narrow fields of tolerances on setting of maximum permissible levels of monitored parameters compared to "rigid" system, which uses uniform limits for all modes of engine operation.

    SIMULATION SUBSYSTEM OF STAND SYSTEM OF LRE EMERGENCY PROTECTION

    Description of developed and put into experimental operation at stands of NPO Energomash simulation subsystem (SS) of LRE emergency protection system (EPS) is presented. It is intended for implementation of checks of correct operation of check subsystem prior to engine test, which allows to exclude formation of false command for it shutdown due to failure of apparatus-software or human factor.

    DETERMINATION OF DENSITY OF RP-1, T-6 AND RG-1 FUELS IN LRE WORKING RANGES OF TEMPERATURES AND PRESSURES
    With aim to increase accuracy of determination of density of RP-1, T-6 and RG-1 fuels in LRE working ranges on temperature from -40 to 180ºC and on pressures from 1 to 1000 kgf/cm2 it is proposed two types of universal equivalent ratios ρf = f(T, p), in which individuality of each fuel is taken into account by set of coefficients derived from base of approximation of available tabular data and analysis of changes in (∂ρf/∂T)p and (∂ρf/∂p)T derivatives depending on temperature and pressure.
