Launch Outlook and log in with jsc\username and password.
If your Personal Folders are above your Mailbox folders in the list of All Mail Folders, your mail will be removed from the network and stored only on your hard disk. If this is the case, select E-Mail Accounts from the Tools menu.
Select “View or change existing e-mail accounts” and click “Next.”
Select your Mailbox from the “Deliver new e-mail” menu, and click “Finish.”
Click “OK.”
Quit and restart Outlook. If mail was received in the Inbox of your Personal Folders, move it back to the Inbox of your “Mailbox” folders.
If you are not receiving mail, click Send/Receive:

You should soon see the following at the lower right hand corner:
If you don’t, quit and restart Outlook.
If your status is “Offline,” click “Offline” and toggle “Work Offline” from the pop-up menu.

If you are switching from Eudora to Outlook, go to Internet Explorer’s Tools menu, and choose Internet Options.
From Internet Options, choose Programs Tab and change “E-mail” from Eudora to Microsoft Office Outlook.
Click on OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.
Close Internet Explorer.
Run “Command Prompt” from Start menu, Programs, Accessories, Command Prompt.
Once Command Prompt box is open, type in “fixmapi” and hit Enter key.
Close Command Prompt box.
