I am writing this letter of recommendation for Dadakhonov Okiljon, a driven and passionate software engineering student with a deep interest in nowadays technology. Having worked closely with Okiljon as an educator of the course “Introduction to programming” at New Uzbekistan University, I have witnessed firsthand his exceptional work ethic, love of learning, and relentless commitment to achieving his goals. I have known Okiljon for 2 years, his role in the class I have been having is always very active and productive. First time I met him was the time I witnessed him as a very exceptional student among his classmates, trying to ask questions openly whenever he has a problem.
Throughout his academic journey, Okiljon has exhibited a remarkable ability to collaborate, think creatively, and solve complex problems. His most notable accomplishment to date was his role in a project aimed at reducing wait times at public libraries in Uzbekistan. As part of a team, he played a crucial role in the creation and execution of a program that streamlined the registration process, resulting in a faster and more efficient experience for library visitors. This project demonstrated Okiljon's ability to work well with others, think outside the box, and effectively solve problems. Also, he contributed to a very important and big project for banking systems project. He developed the website using React js. He also got accepted to a YLDP as a React js developer. Furthermore, Okiljon completed an internship at Itransition, a software development company, where he gained valuable experience in project management, data analysis, and client communication. His time at Itransition solidified his passion for using technology to address environmental sustainability issues and inspired him to pursue a career in this field. Okiljon's experiences and education have provided him with a strong foundation in software engineering and insightful knowledge into the field of sustainability.
I am aware that Okiljon is applying for the NSP scholarship to support his study and research endeavors. He has expressed his intention to pursue Software Projects Management, Internet of Things Basics, Computer networks, User interfaces and user experience, Smart Systems in Informatics and Application of the network technologies during his mobility period in Slovakia. His choice of courses aligns seamlessly with his academic interests and career goals.

Based on Okiljon's academic excellence, technical expertise, and commitment to his field of study, I am confident that he will be a valuable asset to any academic institution or research organization in Slovakia. His passion for sustainability, evident through his previous projects, aligns with the ideals of the NSP, making him an excellent candidate for your scholarship program.
