Abstract: This article delves into the utilization of various algorithms to diagnose faults in
asynchronous machines through the analysis of vibration signals. Predictive maintenance, driven by
these algorithms, offers industries the advantage of timely fault detection, ensuring efficient
machine operation and longevity.
Introduction. Asynchronous machines, or induction motors, are pivotal in many industrial
applications. Their health and efficiency directly impact the production line. Traditionally, visual
inspections and manual tests were conducted to diagnose faults. However, the advent of
technology has enabled the use of vibration signals as a more precise method. This article explores
the key algorithms that aid in this diagnostic process.
