В работе проведен анализ напряженного состояния гибкой оболочки,
находящейся под действием переменной по времени механической силы и
переменного по времени внешнего электрического тока, с учетом механической и
электромагнитной анизотропии.

Abstract.
In the world of software development, project
management is a crucial
process that can make or break the success of a project. However, managing complex
software projects can be a challenging task, often requiring teams to juggle multiple tasks
and deadlines simultaneously. This is where a prototype tool with a graphical interface can
come in handy. Such a tool can offer several benefits, including visualizing project
development, identifying potential issues,
selecting project executors, and improving
project planning. By providing a graphical interface, the tool enables project managers to
visualize the project's progress, identify areas that require more attention, and make
informed decisions on how to allocate resources. Moreover, the tool can help in identifying
potential issues early on, allowing project managers to take corrective action before they
escalate into bigger problems. It can also assist in selecting
the right team members for
each task, based on their skills and experience, ensuring that the project is executed
efficiently. However, it is important to note that the prototype tool is not a magic solution.
