Essential Qualifications and Experience
Advanced University degree (MA) in business/marketing, communications, social sciences or a related discipline
At least 6 years of postgraduate progressively responsible professional experience in fund raising online. Direct marketing experience in implementing and managing individual giving and regular giving programmes required;
Proficiency in Arabic and English;
Proven ability to concept, manage, optimize and update an organization's website and to successfully create and execute other online and offline marketing and fundraising efforts;
Proven experience in developing and executing successful direct mail and email campaigns;
Excellent copywriting skills both in Arabic and English;
Experience developing successful social media campaigns.

Demonstrated ability to set standards, plan and implement work and to innovate and communicate ideas effectively;
Demonstrated ability to work in highly complex multicultural international organizations and establish harmonious and effective working relationships, both within and outside the organizations. A natural team player with strong people management skills;
Proven ability to develop and maintain effective, collaborative working relationships with board members, volunteers, donors, prospects and staff.
