15. Click on the "General" tab again.
Click on the "Save As…" button.

In the left hand Places Bar select "Desktop".
Enter the name of the shortcut on the desktop such as "Nextgen Accounting".
Click "Save".

Now click on "Cancel" to close the RDP program.
You should have a new icon on the Windows Desktop
18. Double click the "Nextgen Accounting" icon.
The first time you run the icon this screen appears. Place a check in the box and click "Ok"

Click on the "Ok" button.
