If the following screen appears :

This means the username/password on the icon was incorrect. Click "Ok" . Click "Cancel". Right-Click on the "Nextgen Accounting" icon and click on edit. Correct the name and password. Repeat steps 15, 16 and 17 ( Click "Yes" on overwrite ) to save the settings and try step 18 again.


20. After a successful login the following screen will appear:
