Note: In the following the example printer is "MCAI-Default". This is not the printer the end-user will normally use as a default. "MCAI-Default" is a dummy printer used in testing.
Make sure that the end users preferred printer is listed. If the local printer(s) do not show up go to the end of this document for the "Printer Troubleshooting in Terminal Services" section. Double-Click on the preferred printer to open a window for it. Note: Right-clicks are disabled.
Click on "Printer" - "Properties".

Click on "Print Test Page". A test page should appear from the printer.
