International recruitment agency "Bohemia Smart Group s.r.o."

The recruitment agency "Bohemia Smart Group s.r.o.", hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, represented by the General Director Sergey Semenov on the one hand, and Sirojidinov Ilkhomjon, hereinafter referred to as the Customer, on the other hand, have concluded this Agreement as follows:

1. Subject and general conditions of the contract

   1. 
      In accordance with this Agreement, the Contractor undertakes, on behalf of the Customer, to provide the Customer with work abroad in accordance with the requirements of the Customer and provide the Customer with the following services for the preparation of all necessary documents for opening a work visa D for 6 months to Czech Republic, namely: a work invitation, a medical insurance policy ,a guarantee letter and all related documents in accordance with the legislation of Czech Republic and Uzbekistan, as well as a travel sheet A1 for further employment for the specified vacancy in the employment country, and the Customer undertakes to pay for these services in the agreed amount.
      

Country: France. Profession: Packer.

Salary: 2600€ (per month). Labor contract term: 180 days.
Number of working days per week: 5 days. Number of working hours per week: 40 hours.

2. Rights and Obligations of the parties

1. 
   The Customer instructs and pays, and the Contractor assumes the obligation to provide employment services to the Customer.
   
2. 
   For the purpose of the fastest employment of the Customer, the Contractor undertakes:
   
   1. 
      Assess the level of professional readiness of the Customer for this vacancy, point out the strengths and weaknesses;
      
   2. 
      Prepare a professional resume of the Customer and send it to employers for consideration;
      
   3. 
      Prepare the Customer with information, give the necessary recommendations, provide consulting and legal assistance;
      
   4. 
      Recommend the Customer as a candidate for a vacancy, conduct preliminary negotiations with employers on behalf of the Customer;
      
   5. 
      Inform the Customer about the progress of the provision of services under this Agreement.
      
   6. 
      Upon completion of the provision of services, provide the Customer with information on the readiness of documents.
      
   7. 
      Maintain confidentiality about the activities of the Customer and information received in the course of providing services under this Agreement.
      
   8. 
      Ensure the safety of the Customer at the workplace.
      
   9. 
      Book and provide the Customer with an air ticket to the place of work.
      
3. 
   The customer undertakes:
   
   1. 
      Provide the Contractor with all the necessary and reliable information and documents necessary for the provision of services.
      
   2. 
      Organize the necessary conditions for the effective work of the Contractor (information and documents).
