5.2 System Architecture
This subsection attempts to provide both a textual and graphical overview of the separate sub-systems which will form the internals of the VoIPv6 application. First the sub-systems are listed and an overview of their functions is given and then on the following page there is a systems architecture diagram.
5.2.1 VoIP Sub-Systems
Used to setup and communicate with the audio input and output drivers, it passes playback blocks to the driver to be played and passes recorded blocks from the input driver to the codec sub-system for further processing.
