It is also effective to create centers for education of the population in the main aspects of ecommerce. At the same time, in National Concept for the Development of Electronic Commerce, activities are planned to expand the access of the population to the worldwide network, especially in rural areas, up to 65% by 2025.
    This will also contribute to increasing the informatization of society.
