    Conduct Exit Interviews: Identify the reasons why employees are leaving. Are the working conditions not good, the workload too high, salaries too low, or career advancement opportunities lacking?

  • Train Employees: Offer training to employees in how to use project management tools. In addition, soft skills related to communication and team collaboration could be emphasized in professional development.

  • Designate a Project Manager: If not already in place, define a role within the team structure for a project manager who oversees the timeline, delegates tasks, and is the primary communicator for the project. This can improve project coordination tremendously.

  • Establish Regular Meetings: Have regular meetings where all team members can sync up on their progress. These can be daily stand-ups for short-term issues and weekly or bi-weekly meetings for longer-term planning and strategy. These meetings can also serve as a space to address any concerns or roadblocks.

  • Technological Audit: Conduct a thorough review of the current technologies and methodologies used by the company to identify what needs updating.

  • Improving Working Conditions and Benefits: If the exit interviews show discontent with working conditions, improve this area. This could be more flexible hours, remote work options, more comfortable physical workspace, etc.

  • Competitive Compensation: Make sure your salaries are competitive with others in your industry, region,

    and company size.



      • Career Advancement Opportunities: If lack of growth opportunities is a concern, create a clear career development path with possibilities for promotion.

      • Continuous Learning Culture: Cultivate a culture that embraces change and continuous learning. This will make future transitions smoother.
